Layer marathon: KleanColor Chunky Holo Black over Golden Rose 166 over Golden Rose 194.

Hello everyone! What I’m going to show you today must be the most fab thing I’ve ever had on my nails and I’m not going to hide that it’s inspired of The Swatchaholic!

I have a new, very good friend who has started to get her nails done by me about once a week. And she just got back from Germany where she was in Berlin and some city in Poland and did a little nail polish shopping for me. The two Golden Rose polishes came from her, not sure where she bought them though.. Give me a shout if you’re interested and I’ll ask her! 🙂

Well, let’s get to the nails, this is Golden Rose 194 by it’s own:

And here it is with Golden Rose 166 on top:

And now, the awesomeness! With KleanColor Chunky Holo Black on top of that:

This really deserved 3 pictures! Im in awe! And can’t get enough of looking at my nails! WOW 😀

The Golden Rose polishes were a dream to apply, the blue was a 2-coater and I had one coat of the glitter one. The glitter spread perfectly, not like some glitter polishes where you either get nothing or you get too much all lumped.
Apart from that the KleanColor polishes really STINK, they really are lovely. Great to apply, looks fantastic and dries pretty fast.

So, what do you think of this?

Take Care, everyone 🙂
xx Karoline 🙂

OPI Jade is the New Black + Ozotic Pro 502

Goooood Tuesday everyone!

Oh, god it was hard work getting out of bed and to work this morning after this lovely long weekend we’ve had here in Norway! 😛

Last night a girlfriend of mine came to visit. She lives in Halifax, Canada usually, so I only get to see her once or twice a year. Was soo nice to see her again! 🙂

While she was here I painted my nails with OPI Jade is the New Black. I have had this for a while but never tried it before. Great application. Just like a typical OPI. I was supposed to layer it with Ozotic Pro 502 straight away, but I liked it so much that I just had to wear it on it’s own for a day:

I took this picture last night after my friend left about 22.00 and it was still light enough outside to take this picture and you get a true representation of the colour, but not enough light to get one of those clear pictures that I like 😛
As you can se on the bottle cap, it was rainy! Oh, what a summer we have!

Today, when I got home from work I had to try Ozotic Pro 502 on top as planned.
I received a pallet of stock today at work, so of course I had quite abit of tip wear and just couldn’t be bothered to paint the tips as I’m probably changing this again tomorrow if I know myself well enough.
So here you have it, with tip wear:

Isn’t this a beauty? I really like it on top of OPI Jade is the New Black as well.
I’ve got to get some more Ozotic Pro polishes! So far I’m very impressed!

Have a lovely evening peeps! Hope you enjoyed this post!?
Take Care!
xx Karoline.

Layering OPI Russian Navy + Ozotic Pro 528

Hello everyone and good friday! It’s finally weekend! 😀

As promised I have Ozotic Pro 528 for you today. This is one amazing glitter/duochrome! My favourite polish of all times I think!
The polish is in a clear base with lots of glitter that changes from pink to green to purple to blue. Just absolutely fabulous!
I chose to layer it over OPI’s Russian Navy from the Russian Collection fall 2007.
This is a dark navy shimmer for those of you that’s not familiar with it.

Enough talking, here’s the picture:

LOOK AT THIS!! woha! I was lucky and managed to get one very good picture where you can see everything! Please click to enlarge it.
I have abit of tip wear as this picture was taken today after 2 days of wear.

For anyone interested, you can get Ozotic Pro nail polishes from Picture Polish, they ship internationally with not too bad shipping fee either.

Hope you enjoyed this!?

Take care and have a fantastic weekend!!
xx Karoline. 🙂

NOTD: OPI Rumple’s Wiggin and Movin’ Out.

Last night a friend of mine came to visit me and to get her nails done. We had SO much fun! Can’t remember last time a night flew by that fast! 🙂 Thanks Camilla!

After I did her nails and had eaten enough chocolate I got started on my own nails. I started with two coats of OPI Rumple’s Wiggin which I unfortunately didn’t get a picture of by it’s own as it was late and there was no daylight to take pictures in.
But here you have it with another two coats of OPI’s “unicorn pee” Movin’ Out. This one is from a collection all the way back in 2003 and has been resembled with the ever so wanted Clarins 230.

The picture really doesn’t do it justice. You can click on it to see it bigger.
It’s been a sunny day today and my boyfriend and myself took my brothers dog for a long walk and I was enjoying looking at those sparkling fingertips quite so often.

Thanks for looking! Hope to see you here again! 🙂
Let me know what you think!

Take Care!
xx Karoline.

NOTD: OPI Skull & Glossbones + Not Like the Movies.

Hello you guys!
Another day on Nationail Photographic! And today I thought I should try OPI Not Like the Movies. NEVER knew how beautiful this one actually is!! I’ve got to say: WOHA!

I decided to use OPI Skull & Glossbones from the Pirates of the Caribbean collection as a base, and this is just one coat:Beautiful colour! Was very close to wearing it on its own, but Not Like the Movies was standing there waiting so I just had to use it this time.
This one is almost a one-coater. No streaks, no flooded cuticles. Just a perfect creme! 🙂

And this is with Not Like the Movies from the Katy Perry collection on top:

Look at that duochrome! Or I guess I could call it “Triochrome”! 😉
Just LOVE LOVE LOVE this one! Can not believe I haven’t tried this one before!

This is it for today peeps! Until next time, take care! 🙂
xx Karoline.
